My personal message:

After getting into running over the past few years, I have finally decided to take the plunge and run the London Marathon. I may very well end up regretting this come 22 April!

I am raising money for World Jewish Relief (WJR), which supports Jewish and non-Jewish communities that are at risk or in crisis around the world. This includes emergency assistance and rebuilding work in Japan, education projects for Darfuri refugees and providing much needed financial support for the Jewish communities in Ukraine and other parts of the former Soviet Union.

Any support you can give would be very much appreciated.
